1. Overview & Written Fixed-Scope Agreements

Sparks Digital LLC ("Sparks Digital," "we," or "our") is an Indiana Single-Member LLC based in Brownsburg, Indiana. All "Starting at" prices listed on `digisparks.net` represent baseline starting points for standard scopes. Before any paid work begins, we provide a clear, written scope of work and a fixed price for your review and approval.

2. Human Review of Work Created in Partnership With AI

Human Review Guarantee: Work created in partnership with AI (AI-collaborative / AI-assisted work) is reviewed by a human before delivery.

We openly collaborate with modern AI partners (`they` / `them`) to accelerate software development, document extraction, research synthesis, and workflow automation. Every deliverable is inspected, tested, and verified by a human before handoff. Because AI systems are probabilistic and can occasionally generate incomplete outputs if inputs change, clients agree to review final public-facing copy, financial exports, and operational rules during our project walkthrough before deployment.

3. AI Transition Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is business and technology strategy only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a licensed professional.

4. Website Accessibility Triage Disclaimer

Our Website Accessibility Triage service provides an automated scan + review in partnership with AI to identify common usability barriers (such as color contrast, missing alt attributes, keyboard focus issues, and untagged PDFs) and supply technical remediation guidance. It is not a formal compliance certification or legal opinion.

5. KindWarden Call & Fraud Protection

KindWarden is designed to help screen unknown callers, detect common social-engineering patterns, and alert family caregivers. While our human + AI partnership works continuously to identify emerging scam scripts, no automated screening system can guarantee the detection of 100% of fraudulent calls or messages. Users and families should never share sensitive banking, government ID, or payment credentials over an unsolicited call.

6. Deliverable Ownership & Payment

Upon full payment of the agreed fixed fee (via card, purchase order, or municipal claim voucher), you own the custom website code, scripts, and data exports created specifically for your organization under the project scope, free of ongoing agency lock-in.
